NEW WORLD COLORS EXHIBITION

From Friday, April 8, 2011 exhibits Evy Pineda in d'r brick Oave in Brunssum. Pineda, born in Honduras, displays a selection of her paintings. On Friday, April 8, at about 20.30 pm the official opening. The exhibition, "New World Colors', will subsequently be seen three weeks, until Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Admission is free. Evy Pineda was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in 1968. She then lived in Colombia and Finland, and eventually settled in Limburg region. Pineda has been painting since January 2010. In her paintings, loving memories and melancholy expression. Her style is "naive", but in a style that gets reflected in glass-glass-like paintings. Her work, seemingly primitive nature, is complex in meaning, colorful, and pleasing to the eye.
