“Ultimately, my overall studio practice is about identity. Whether we consider the places we live, our experiences in life, our academic knowledge, our physical bodies, or the various medias we consume and internalize; we are pointing to the components of who we are. While my work often takes up different subjects, the thread of continuity running through it is this exploration of identity formation.
