William downey is a painter from Liverpool Nova Scotia. William has worked as an instructor in anatomical drawing and figure painting at the University of Calgary, as well as an art instructor at the International Sahaja school in Dharamshala India, and the Devi school in Mill Village Nova Scotia. William's work is featured in private and public collections around the world, and besides painting, he also works as an illustrator. William practices and teaches Sahaja Yoga meditation and loves books and the Atlantic shore.
