Dana Styber

I am a self taught photographer who loves the craft, shooting mostly for myself. My range of subjects is varied. I would be classified as an amateur as I do not do photography for a living. I live in the Pacific Northwest and travel now and then. Photography allows me to create, express my views and feelings and I enjoy sharing my work. I currently use an Olympus EM-5 or EM-1 for most of my photography.

Portfolio:

Country Girls

While visiting lovely Colorado I was able to shoot friends and family who just enjoyed being themselves and spending time with each other. I scouted out some fun locations and the girls happily modeled for me supplying their own story line and imaginations. Though these are modern images they feel timeless to me.

Ford Girl “Ford Girl”

Vintage Ford truck, fabulous country and a cute girl.

Ford Trio “Ford Trio”

I liked the harshness of this photo and their faces in deep shadow.

Hoping for a Visitor “Hoping for a Visitor”

The marvelous old Oldsmobile adds drama and a fine backdrop to the trio.

The Waiting “The Waiting”

The girls await the arrival of Benedict Cumberbatch.

Against the Wall “Against the Wall”

Historical outbuilding adds a rustic element for these country girls.

The Break In “The Break In”

Curiosity spurs them on.

Thelma & Louises “Thelma & Louises”

Red Ford Ranchero adds a little something.
