Hoyt is forging a new path of originality with his expression of "mad scientist vs. aliens from another world" showcase. The artworks are wall mounted guitars adorned with various craziness. Although some of Johns works might be considered tame, they still manage to approach that edge of insanity. Hoyt is
constantly evolving and stretching artistic boundaries.
Growing up in Southern California and frequenting Laguna Beach, Hollywood / LA and Palm Springs, California art galleries has had a big influence on his desire to express his own style.
