Daniel E. Scriven

Daniel Eric Scriven
Born in Hawthorn, Calif. in 1952. He was born into the Chumash
Indian tribe and a family of very creative and artistic individuals. He learned the carpentry trade and soon after became a finish carpenter and started his own siding business. Due to family illness he relocated to New Mexico. There he was exposed to rustic furniture and Southwestern style art. Being adept at the use of his carpentry tools, he used that talent to create very unique art on wood.
