He realized his innate abilities as a artist at the age of seven when he took a children's art workshop at the De Young Museum."I liked the atmosphere and the environment of the Museum; I was in awe of it, and decided to make Art my life. Drawing and Art always came to me naturally. I attended the California Collage of Fine Arts San Francisco, devoted my self to oil painting on canvas."Mr. Martinez themes deal with Landscape,Seascape, Wildlife,Industrial, and People going about their every day life. His strong and definite style, revealing a direction and purpose, appeals to collectors internationally.
