Susan Stewart is a former soloist with the well known ballet company the Joffrey Ballet in New York. At 25 Susan left the company and moved to Europe where she raised her two boys with her husband. After devoting 10 years to raising her family, Susan started working as a sign painter for some of the larger department stores in France. Susan created some very large works for many French companies for a few years and then decided to paint only smaller works to be sold in galleries and on ebay. Susan sold her whole collection and is now working on creating another collection to be shown in a future venue. Susans' statement about her art is, "I paint quiet moments in life either real or imagined..."
