My Art of painting in Zen is a water color technique,an art how to use my senses in a more conscious, meditative and unlimited way
beyond the borders of the ego mind.
When I share my work through words or a painting performance, I experience sometimes joy, peace, inner silence or ecstasy in me.
When I paint in nature or alone in my home, this phenomena is happening again and again.
And my art is expressing this.
My deepest experience is,that awareness out of the moment is the key to discover an inner world, which can be a real magic adventure.
People who are already on the spiritual path know, what I mean.
What is my service to the people?
Offering my Zen paintings to the public and teaching Zen painting in seminars, classes and sessions.
for example: Blind painting , with a blindfold through music and silence,
Hara Stroke painting,a martial art breathing technique combined with a brush stroke on paper,or the circle of life.
Body/Mind breathing meditations, watching the movements and breath consciously through the heart, etc.
Zen is for me actually a daily conscious and loving life force.
Living and expressing this, in my art portfolio, you can see here and now.
Art, when inspired with Love, leads to higher realms.
Love Art,and that Art will open for you the inner Life.
