Studying art in Baltimore, Maryland; both at the LeMillet School of Art and the Maryland Institute College of Art, and also, through correspondence . I studied with nationally known watercolorists’ Claude Croney and John Pellew. Both known for their representational and unique approach to landscape in watercolor.

I have participated in the Maryland State and Federal Duck Stamp Competitions, and have won awards and ribbons in various art, and photographic competitions throughout the region. I recently had a painting published in the International Artist Magazine in their monthly competition, and I was a finalist in the 2013 Artist Magazine annual competition in the animal category.
