Caroline Julianna Thompson is a documentary and fine art photographer. Caroline holds a BA in photojournalism and an MFA in fine art photography.

Thompson’s work is focused on symbolic communication, mythic rituals and the element of the unseen. Her stories have evolved into abstracted surreal dream journeys. Through dreams she seeks to tap into the universal language of symbolism and explore the larger shared journeys of life. Thompson works to encourage a dialog about the commonality of connection through life experience and the desire to probe our unconscious for deeper inner truths and the path back to self.
