Reyda Ait Bougoulla was born on 31 July 1978 in the clinic of doctor "Dayab" in "Talborjt" in the small town of Agadir on the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. After a brief stop in Tamri in the city of Agadir where the Americans found their salvation due to the natural magic of the wild beaches the parents of Reyda Ait Bougoulla were forced to base themselves to Ouled Teima to 45 km of Agadir far from the Fabulous Tamri also 39 km away from Agadir. Thus, from 1982 until today Reyda Ait Bougoulla lived in Ouled Teima city center known agricultural in the south of Morocco. After a brilliant school life he was expelled definitively from the high school Chefchaouni because of its terrible notes. But in 2001 he obtained his only baccalauréat because the norms of the examination of the Bac envisaged by the Moroccan state had become very difficult.
At the University of Agadir Reyda Ait Bougoulla had funding problems so he withdrew to Ouled Teima to seriously seek to be independent. Since 2003, Reyda Ait Bougoulla has been an Ecologist, but sadly, he will see with his eyes the natives destroying the tiny forest of the "Bouhmara" area next to the Forest Development Center near the Sweery plant in Ouled Teima. Currently Reyda Ait Bougoulla is also a philosopher. One of his principles "It is better wisdom than wealth" as well as "Money does not make happiness"
