The art of Verena Caroline Kloos is a true kaleidoscope of her formal training as a designer, her lifelong fascination with all manner of materials and textures, and top flight career in the global automotive industry that saw her lead the BMW Group Designworks HQs in California.
Throughout her international assignments, German born Kloos has always been accompanied by her tireless camera lens as a faithful companion, recording a visual travelogue of the minutest detail, serving as punctuation along the path of observation and revelation...
Now an independent design consultant and dedicated fine artist, she divides her time between Europe and the USA, with studios in Germany and California, from where she continues to travel widely.
In 2018/2019 Kloos’ work has exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art Beijing, ART FAIR Beijing, AD ART SHOW NYC, Mark Rothko ART CENTRE, Latvia, Pashmin Gallery Hamburg, Art Show Leipzig, and Das Blaue Haus in Diessen/Germany. In 2020 her art is part of the group show European Art at The Chongqing ART Museum and in September her photography will be again part of AD ART SHOW.
Her art can be found in private collections in Germany, the UK, and California.

Color and texture harmonies you see at the first glance.
Meditative atmospheres inviting to stand still and “listen” with your eyes, heart and soul to the emotive aspects of color. The metaphorical title of the show “OFF COLOR” leads to discover the underlying meanings and interpretations of these creations. I used a process of combining averse materials in a multi layered procedure, the materials become the leading actors. As artist I am improvising, allowing and accepting. The process resembles to the play of life with its twists, turns and unforeseeable events.
