Kirsten Farris lives near Dallas, Texas where her work is exhibited at multiple galleries.
She graduated with a BFA from NYSID with honors. Her award winning junior project was published in the “Interiors” Magazine December 1992 issue.
Her passion for creating has encouraged her to pursue many forms of art. She has experience as a graphic artist, a website designer, a photographer, and a restaurant designer.
In 2005 she focused her creativity on painting. She specializes in modern concepts with bold uses of color and brushstrokes and a hint of whimsy covering a diverse range of subjects. Her preferred medium is acrylic on canvas
