The artist graduated from Malatya İnönü University, Faculty of Education, Department of Art Of Assistant Professor Adnan Yalım Workshop, in 1995. He started his career as a teacher of art in the same year. He still works as a teacher of art and the head teacher of the art department at Nevit Kodallı Anatolian High School of Fine Arts.
In his works he has used geometric forms as well as together with abstract reality and concrete reality for “other identities” and “women figures” based works. He has also used “Simurg” (Phoenix) symbolically in large contours transforming it into crane birds to refer to “Migration” subject. He used techniques of masking, oil painting and acrylic.
He has participated in several mixed exhibitions apart from four personal exhibitions so far. He took part in several national and local art competitions as a jury member. He is a member of Association of United Artists and Sculptures. He continues to perform his art in Arya Art Workshop in Mersin.
