My name is Rick Still. I'm a former science and math teacher turned artist, living in Hemet, California. The love of my life is Mary Sue, my wife of 41 years and the mother of our ten children. I played baseball through my third year of collage, earned a masters degree in Instructional Technology, played guitar and sang my kids to sleep at night until someone got too old. I've written one play, a few poems, half a song (with no words).

I began my training as an artist in Mrs. Smith’s 5th grade class at Longden Avenue Elementary School in Temple City and completed it while doodling during staff meetings as a teacher in San Jacinto, California.

God has given me for more than I deserve and my passion is to find creative ways to pay it forward. I believe that God loves everyone and when they face the firestorms of life, he will give them “beauty for ashes”. I hope that through my artwork I can create a portion of that beauty.
