Carlotta Schiavio was born in Italy, raised in Ethiopia and studied in the United States, she now lives in Italy.
She began her career in the arts as a jewellery designer then began painting with a distinct preference for acrylic mediums . She uses metallic and vivid colours in her work. Her paintings reflect influences of her different cultures (Siria ,Daghestan, Austria , Italy) and the ones she’s been exposed to during her many journeys around planet earth!!
