I view my work as an exploration of the push-pull of materials while searching for the image potentially evolving in each piece. There is a balance to be found in this puzzle-solving process, when to control, and when to allow it to speak to me. As an artist, I am always evolving and learning with each piece, striving to remain authentic to myself. My work represents a spontaneous, and expressionistic point of view. Each work is a field of exploration as I pursue the search for that new solution.
