Born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii, 2 years at the University of Hawaii and graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Started my commercial photo career in Honolulu and became President of Camera Hawaii which was Hawaii's largest commercial studio. After 10 years at Camera Hawaii I moved to Los Angeles where I opened my own studio and operated as a one man shop. Here I did a variety of work from food and fashion to motor cycles and cars. Clients included Hilton, AT&T, Nestles, Yamaha, Starkist, Bon Appetite, Corning Glass and many more. I've now retired from that exciting career as a commercial photographer and am now pursuing and enjoying creating fine art images.
I love creating fine art images with subtleties which take a plain well done photograph beyond and into art that can be enjoyed forever.
“Laundry Time in Cork Ireland”
Such charm which helped me create this wonderful image of laundry hung out the backside of these hillside homes in Cork Ireland.
“Cork Irelands House of Cards”
This colorful line of homes on a very steep hillside In Cork Ireland labeled as "The House of Cards" is reminiscent of the hillside homes in San Francisco California.
If in Ireland you must visit Blarney castle as it's quite spectacular with a great history and yes the blarney stone is there too and you can kiss it if you wish.
