Emilia Jajus was born in Kielce, Poland, on March 14, 1978, the third of four children, a daughter of a passionate photographer, her father.
In 1998 Emilia moved to Toronto, Ontario. Her move to a business-oriented city temporarily sidetracked her from her true passion - art. She graduated from the Business Administration program at Humber College, and entered the corporate world. However, her passion for art would not lay dormant for long.
In 2008 Emilia left the corporate job. Today, the artist draws satisfaction from combining her passion for animals and art as she works full time as a pet portrait artist and a muralist.
