Aydar Khusainov was born in Ishimbai, Bashkortostan, in 1956. He graduated from the physical faculty of the Bashkir State University(1974-1979) and finished the Quantum Physics Chair post-graduate courses at the Petersburg State University; 1980-1982). Since 1983 Khusainov lives in the town of Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad region. He begin with drawings in coloured pencil, ball-point pen, felt-tipped pen and chalk. In 1991 Aydar Khusainov started to work in oil. From that time he took part in exhibitions of Petersburg artists. He hes had some exhibitions in New York.
