My Presentation will be a synopsis of creations from all phases of my life in paintings and sculpture.__My art career has taken me around the world as teacher and student, and early on, I worked at Marstellar in Chicago. My work is part of public and private collections here in the US as well as abroad. My book, Inside the Wind is about change, inspired by the ever present wind on the Llano Estacado where I was born and spent the whole of my childhood with freedom to roam in the physical as well as in the spiritual sense. I have lived in Taos since 1983 and enjoy the big sky country of New Mexico. Bren Price_

My sculptures generally evolve. I like the process of Roku and clay sculpture, the excitement of never knowing what you are going to get, much like working in watercolor or rafting a river.
This bust was made with a mold of my own face and slab method of construction. It is Roku fired - the scary eyes were not planned, but embraced; hence, the name, Voodoo Mama.
