About Yasuka TAKAHASHI was born in Oshu, Iwate, Japan.
She works as a web and graphic designer, programmer, video producer, and photographer, and is involved in various creative projects.
She moved to France in 2016, where she studied language and music while experiencing French culture and art.
During this time, she became interested in 'String Art' (known as 'Itokake' in Japanese) and joined the 'Itokake Design Lab Japan', where she learned various techniques online from a mathematical perspective.
The institute conferred upon her the title of 'Itokake-shi' and she adopted the pseudonym 'Kuromitsu'.
She returned to Japan in 2021 and has since been working with String Art and digital technologies, such as digital art and programming, while exploring new ways of expression.
Her works have been exhibited in art shows across Japan and have received numerous awards.
