A trained Designer, enjoys a successful 20-year career in graphic design and marketing. By the end of 2010 she decided to give up 2 days a week of her graphic design work to concentrate on her passion of painting and creating her sculptures. A passion for animals - living in the countryside and right next to local farms crazy quirky ideas of animals we always on her mind... crazy, fun thoughts seeing her animals have personalities and wondering what it would be like for them if they could respond.... my imagination running wild made me create my new relief sculptures.... I have 100s of drawings which I intend to create in some wonderful sculptures... the idea of them coming to life out of a picture frame is what I enjoy the most and hopefully you will too. Wendy has her studio workshop now turned into what the family say as her animal sculpture farm factory........ The animals are all hand carved .... I have created a wax silver seal which i use as a signature of authenticity
