Ben Lloyd is a contemporary artist living in St. Davids, Pembrokeshire, Wales. He has a Masters in Fine Art from Cardiff School of Art. He is currently writing a project called 'The Road to New York' and recently exhibited 'Empire Kiosk', a Sierra Leonean cell phone charging and credit centre at Chapter, Cardiff and the British museum, London. He also will be exhibiting new paintings at gallery/ten in Cardiff in December.
Meditation on domestic life, looking at both the symbolic value of things whilst also levelling the importance of things, also a theme of domestic contentment, escape and return.
