I am continuously inspired by the strength of the human spirit and the complexity of life. I believe that every living thing depends on each other, and it is in that collaboration, that life gains spirit and meaning. It is the strength of the spirit I attempt to portray in my art.

Through the years I have had the privilege of working with many extraordinary woman and children who face daily challenges of disabilities, abuse, or other trauma. Art, I have found has given them a path to heal, and a voice. My life's work is a passion for me, and rather I am home alone in my studio painting or giving another person a path of self-expression.....then I am living my dream!!

Art is a passion for me... and without it I simply cannot breath!!! My goal with my artwork is to share this gem of a gift with whomever it crosses paths with. I guess to me art is a spiritual process.....as is waking every morning and seeking the simplest of joys to fill my life with!!

My familial roots are Irish, Native American, and Welsh and it is through my culture where I have learned so much about life, people, and have grown through my own spiritual journey and discoveries. Some of this you will see in my work, but wherever my art takes you, may it bring you joy, peace, and an awareness of the strength and wonder all living things !
