Born in Taiwan, lived in Boston, MA for almost 40 years, relocated to Los Angeles since 2006.
Work in oil, collage & mixed media in primitive, figurative abstraction, expressionist style.
Exhibited extensively in the United States, Asia and Europe.
I utilize maps of the world which I collected during my trips to create this group of works. They portray lands, cities and people of different nationalities. I maneuvered the maps, often let chance take its turns, used collage, oil and mixed media and established the primitive expressionist style to convey my experiences.
