Rafał Dobosz was born in Poland, where he spent most time of his life. Currently, he lives and works in England. With the help of modern art, he aims to introduces positive vibrations of love, joy and beauty into the grey English weather. The aim for the paintings is to bring a pop of colour to the interior, and to show people a different world – a positive, dream inspiring one.
As a child, he was interested in art, but abandoned his passion because of the lack of support from those closest to him. In his adult life, he decided to return to painting, which he loves, because it is his true passion and possibility of self expression. He is a self-taught, intuitive artist. The art he creates is based on a dialogue with the recipient, conducted with the help of paints and a brush.
Each painting is a separate story and a window to the world, presented to with the help of abstraction. The author, representing contemporary art, uses slender brush strokes and mysterious stains to express and convey his emotions. Art hidden in intense colours and beautifully contrasting colours is a classic of abstract oil painting.
Rafał’s art is experimental, based on original techniques of creating pictures. It is characterized by expressive colours that express mood and emotions. The artistic creation manifested by the painter is fully intuitive and is a window to his soul.
Rafał Dobosz took part in many interesting artistic projects. Rafał’s paintings illustrated a book of poetry created in collaboration with Betty from Cosmos. The e-book is a collection of 27 poems and 27 magical works painted by Rafał. In this unusual project, the word is intertwined with the images, and the leitmotif is intuitive art, emotions and creating by heartHis works have also been exhibited as part of numerous exhibitions, openings and art shows. The artist took part in AWPFP CHILE 2021 – 2022. This extraordinary initiative brought together artists from all over the world to unite in one place with a theme of Peace. The aim of the exhibition was to convey a positive message of Peace to the whole world.
Rafał’s paintings were also featured in Art Anthology III: Madrid Edition, published in October 2021 by Guto Ajayu Culture. The creator also took part in the French project Association Angervillers Citoyens.
The exhibition of the artist’s paintings was also presented at the Tate Aisle Gallery Cic. Rafał’s works were also presented at an exhibition held in Birkenhead Park in England. This unique park was founded in 1847 and was a model for Central Park in New York. The exhibition commemorating this has become an artists association from the Merseyside region to introduce the work of local artist to a wider audience.
In 2022, Rafał attended the Belgrade Art Salon. It is a international exhibition that the Belgrade Cultural Association organizes every year. This year’s special event was: an exhibition in Athens in the “A Gallery”. Belgrade Art Salon is an important cultural event in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, broadcast by television, press, and always having a great impact on the cultural exchange between artists from all over the world. Artists from Europe, North America, Asia and South America.
From December 5, 2022 to January 5, 2023 Rafał will take part in the Columbia Art Exhibition “Another World Is Possible Forever Of Peace”.
Rafał appreciates both the mere creation of pictures and devotion to art, as well as sharing it with others. It fills his life with meaning and makes his childhood dreams come true.
