Jeanne Filler Scott is an internationally recognized horse, wildlife, and nature artist. She is the artist/author of five books on drawing and painting animals, published by North Light Books, including “Draw and Paint Realistic Horses”; has had eleven limited edition prints published; and her work has been published on greeting cards by Leanin’ Tree. Her art has been shown in numerous exhibitions and has been the subject of feature articles in publications such as Equine Images, Wildlife Art, and Chronicle of the Horse. In 1977, Jeanne was commissioned as an art student to paint a large oil painting of a Mosasaur, which hangs in the Rutgers Geology Museum in New Brunswick, NJ. She restored the painting in 2022. She is a member of the Society of Animal Artists and Artists for Conservation.
