I studied Art at the Camden Institute of FE, London, followed by a degree in Art and Social Context at University West of England, Bristol, graduating in 1995.
The nature of the degree was to combine personal studio work together with public or community art.
Through meditation, yoga and travel, I became increasingly aware of the healing power of colour and the therapeutic nature of art. I've worked with mental patients, recovering addicts and the homeless, together with running women's workshops.
I've also trained in complementary therapies, becoming a Reiki Master in 2002. With further training in Indian Head Massage, Colour Light and Sound Therapy as well as Astrological Counselling, I find these practices currently work well alongside my studio work.

Each of these prints is an attempt to express the intangible beauty of our Inner Energy Field or Spritual Essence — a focus for peace and contemplation. Some have described them as a window to the soul.
