In the 80s, Francis MBELLA, a visual artist of subjective hues and reliefs, set out in search of new forms of expression. He invented THE TAPIOCA TECHNIQUE and created THE REFLECTIONS OF COLOR movement. He has more than 400 exhibitions and conferences to his credit worldwide.
