Much time is spent in planning out each piece. My mixed media work combines photography with graphic design elements which are filled with rich colors and textures.

Flame Keeper is about keeping one's essence alive during the struggles of Covid-19. The flame deep within needs to be kindled to overcome loneliness, depression, anxiety, the fear of contracting the virus, grief due to loss, or worries about the economy. When successful, we ourselves will become a light to others. It’s purposely abstract in execution; consequently, every viewer will visualize and internalize something different.
