About ROMAN NOGIN
Was Born In 1976, Kharkov, Ukraine. He Graduated From Kharkiv State Academy Of Design And Arts (Former Kharkiv Institute Of Industrial Arts) In 1999, Chair Of Mural Painting. He Has Been Fruitfully Participating In Regional, All-Ukrainian And International Art Exhibitions. He Is A Lecturer In Drawing At Kharkiv State Academy Of Design And Arts Since 1999. The Most Of Nogin's Works Are Kept In Private Collections In Ukraine,USA, Nederland, Britain, Germany, China, Taiwan.

Education:
