Martin Navrátil is a versatile artist. His work is dominated by sculptural work, in which he has achieved several significant successes. His works appeal to ordinary people, gallery owners, architects and designers not only in Slovakia, but also abroad. He finds sources of inspiration for his work in sports, nature, history, but above all he tries to respond to current events in society and the world. Mastering various artistic, as well as craft techniques gives him the prerequisites and the opportunity to experiment in favor of a deeper statement and a new artistic expression. Knowledge of modern sculpture (from Rodin, through cubism, surrealism, to today's avant-garde) leads him to his own unique expression, which he constantly tries to complement and surprise with something new.
Martin Navrátil regularly presents his work at creative residencies and exhibitions in Slovakia and abroad, he has exhibited in countries such as : USA, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and others...
