Lucas "El" Meaux is a contemporary psychedelic artist focusing in acrylic painting and digital media with a passion for music and illustration.
Born in rural Wisconsin to two artists, Meaux struggled with his identity spiritually, politically, and culturally. Although turbulent at times, he believes this divergence from traditional norms has positively influenced both his growth and work.
His most recent pieces aim to address perceived problems with the war on drugs, institutionalized religion, environmentalism, as well as other issues.
