Goldsmiths are the descendants of an ancient trade. There are few of us left, and we strive to continue a legacy which began thousands of years before our time. My desire is to give new life to this dying art. My endeavor is to craft the ocean’s waves and gusts of wind into tangible, wearable pieces of art. My tools have become an extension of my hands, where they form and forge the natural elements into works that are entirely unique. Pouring nature’s rhythms into my work, I want each piece to be another step in a steady climb toward perfection.

I am currently the apprentice of Master Goldsmith, Terry Whyte of Golden Artistry Jewelry Design in La Mesa California. I have been training for a few years and I have won various awards for my designs. I am also attending GIA to get my Graduate Gemologist degree.

Jewelry Design

My designs and the final products of pieces I have made between years 2014-2016.

Syzygy “Syzygy”

This is a pendant I made for myself. It has a tear-drop 2.3 ct Ethiopian opal, set in a 22k gold bezel, and a 14k gold seat. Three diamonds are arranged in a triangular shape near the base.

“Ethereal”

hTis is one of the first pieces I ever designed and made. With the help of Terry, it won First Place at the GUHAD Art Show. Also, it was awarded First and Best in Show at the Del Mar Fair 2015.

Thicket “Thicket”

I hand fabricated this arm cuff out of Sterling Silver and Bronze.

“Tree of Life 1”

This is the very first piece I ever made.

“El Dorado”

Hand fabricated out of a 3.46 ct. Boulder Opal, a 3mm Diamond. Hand fabricated out of 14K Yellow Gold and 22K Yellow Gold.

Embrace “Embrace”

I carved this out of wax, then cast in 14K Palladium White Gold. It holds a .50 ct. Shell Opal.

Tiffany “Tiffany”

I hand forged this ring out of 14K Yellow Gold, and a Montana Sapphire.

“Torn Veil”

I made this for my Mom last Christmas out of 14K Yellow Gold and Sterling Silver.

Hook “Hook”

Hand fabricated out of Sterling Silver and a 2 ct. Sri Lanka Sapphire.

Eve “Eve”

Hand fabricated pendant 14K Rose gold and White Gold, and a 3mm Diamond, featuring a hidden bail.

“Herkimer”

A Herkimer "Diamond" pendant. Hand fabricated out of 14K Yellow Gold and a tiny tiny 1mm Diamond.

“Solar Wind”

Large, naturally shaped Tahitian Black Pearl, 14K Palladium White Gold, and a 3mm Diamond (FVS). Hand fabricated.
