Born in Ehime Prefecture in 1930, Kimiko Nagano is member of the Taiheiyho Art Association and an oil painter with a lengthy career. Although the motifs of her paintings cover a broad array of subjects including landscapes, still lifes, and people, Nagano often makes the scenery of countries she has visited the subject of her work, and she is known for her unique perspective and focus on motifs.
