• JACKY PEARSON – is a New Zealand watercolourist, and an experienced tutor holding regular workshops. Her style is direct and impressionistic, aiming to paint a feeling rather than a copy of a scene. Her subject matter is varied but with an emphasis on light effects on water, boats and buildings. She has had a successful calendar series of watercolours of every major lighthouse in New Zealand and has been selected to represent New Zealand in a permanent collection at the International Museum of Watercolours in Mexico.
