"The foundation of my work begins with the marks I make on the surface, whether on canvas or plate. From these initial gestures, the painting or print evolves organically—textures emerge, colors interact, and movement and depth take shape. My process is intuitive, guided not by a specific image or concept, but by a feeling or emotion that gradually unfolds as meaning begins to surface.
Working with color brings me profound joy. I delight in its manipulation, blending it with lines and textures, and coaxing shapes and forms to emerge within the layered, entangled atmospheres. Through this interplay of timeless formal elements, I find endless possibilities and the deep pleasure of creating works that resonate with both spontaneity and emotion."
