I have been a photographer and artist as long as I can remember. My current focus is on equine related miniatures (miniature scale bridles, saddles) and my photography centers on horses as well.
I am one of the few people on the planet that does knot work in miniature. I use thread to create turks head knots with interweaves. I also work in leather, silver, textiles and more for my miniatures. whatever the job takes, is what I work with.
I have had pieces invited to be sold out of the Gift Shop of the Autry Museum of western art and the Kentucky Museum of art and craft. I normally never have any of my own pieces in stock because they sell very quickly.
I welcome your inquiries for commissions. Prices normally start at $500 and go up from there depending on the complexity.
Here are some hand made miniature pieces that I've made in the past.
“1/8th of Life size Scale Reing Saddle Set”
This saddle features real silver plates and hand tooled leather. All of the knots on this set were hand made and then hand woven. They are not beads. The beads that are on the Bridle are real silver.
