Landscape

My landscape paintings are colourful compositions created intuitively by using bands of colours, curvy lines and organic forms dissolving into one another. Inspired by landforms of the southwestern terrain, open countryside farming fields, and the rolling hills in mountain range valleys.

Colourscape Valley Farm “Colourscape Valley Farm”

Southwestern terrain and open countryside with vivid late summer golden colours, combining farming fields and the rolling hills together against the soft mountains in the distance.

New Mexico Valley Path “New Mexico Valley Path”

After visiting Santa Fe and the surrounding areas, I was inspired by New Mexico's southwestern landscape with its unique colours and light against the blue sky.

Country Road to Purple Mountain “Country Road to Purple Mountain ”

Capturing the late day light, a road leading to the mountain of purple and blue hues. A dreamy memory of the colourful bands of reds and golden farmland fields in the valley.

Memory Lane “Memory Lane”

A memory of a road or path rarely ventured into dreamy layers of colours leading to the mountains in the horizon.

Borealis Above the Mountains “Borealis Above the Mountains”

Northern landscape, mountains lit up against the black starlit sky and northern lights.
