Patrice Baker is a full time artist in Fergus, Ontario, Canada. She is a third year instructor in the goldsmithing department of Georgian College after a 30 year career teaching. She has been a Precious Metal Clay Artist in Residence at Wildacres Retreat in North Carolina. She teaches a variety of art and craft techniques from her studio as well at Wildacres Retreat and at several private studios in Florida. Her mixed media artwork has been repeatedly accepted in Insights, (Elora Ontario Canada), invited to participate in The Tarot Project and the Death Perception Project, and has received best in show at the Lambeth Art Gallery,( London Ontario Canada.) and best in show at Summerfolk (Owen Sound, Ontario Canada.)
