Betty is a self-taught realist painter, working only in oils. Her works include portraiture, still-life and flora and fauna, with the occasional landscape.
Her painting "Pas de Deaux" won the inaugural Global Art Award Realism Art Prize, among the many awards and prizes she has won.
Mona is a Christian Aboriginal advocate. She stands with her "country" portayed in the background, as well as the Uluru Bark Petition against same-sex marriage which was presented to the Australian Parliament together with the Australian Parliament House.
