Leah Smith

As an Arkansas born and raised artist, I weave together my passion for photography, adventure, and wildlife, to create works of art. With a camera and a paint brush, I capture the essence of the nature of the world from majestic landscapes and it's wildlife to the subtle beauty of a trout filled stream . I find inspiration in the quiet moments spent in nature whether its fly fishing on the White River in Arkansas to observing a sunset over snowcapped mountains in the Rockies of Colorado. Through my art I seek to share the beauty and wonder of the world around us.

My art work showcases a fusion of mixed media, oils and acrylics, on a variety of surfaces which includes canvas, hardboard, and wood panel. This approach allows me to experiment with diverse textures and techniques.
