Mariann was born in New Orleans, LA. She studied art at Louisiana State University and Northern Arizona University, where she focused on Sculpture and Photography. She also attended Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in Denver, Co, where she studied Illustration and Painting.

Mariann had a Photography gallery in New Orleans where she highlighted her own work and promoted exhibitions of both photography and painting. She has exhibited her paintings in shows across the United States and has private collectors worldwide. Mariann’s sculpture has been seen in six major shows in the United States, and was featured in her own Inspiritu Gallery in Denver, CO.
