Lynn Le Tourneau is presently a contemporary painter and printmaker.
A New York City native, Lynn studied at the Art Students League and the Boston Museum School of Fine Arts. In 1982, she settled in San Francisco and pursued her art career as a figurative sculptor. Newly married, Lynn moved to the central coast. Influenced by the natural beauty and color of Santa Barbara, her desire to paint grew. Instead of responding and interpreting what she saw, Lynn began to paint what she felt inside. Exploring her inner world kinesthetically provided an absract platform of new expression and exploration. Lynn LeTourneau is a juried member of LagunART.com, the Santa Barbara Printmakers, Santa Barbara Art Association and the Ventura County Potter's Guild.
She was juried into the Contemporary International Art Show at the Museum of the Americas, Miami, Fl. and the Southern Nevada Museum of Fine Art. She has been selected to be in the International Contemporary Master V, Vi, Important World Artists and the the magazine Rivierart 2012 art publications. Ms. LeTourneau is an invited member of the Trevisan International Art community and shows her work in their gallery and group shows in Italy.
Lynn LeTourneau has a studio at the Bell Arts Factory, 432 Ventura Ave, Ventura CA/Studio 84.
