My journey in art has been long and continuous. I had over sixty three-group shows and fifteen solo shows. I also have been the recipient of numerous awards, among which is worthwhile mentioning the First Prize at the Exhibition of Women Artists in Taipei, China, in 1999. In 1977 I won the distinction awarded by the famous Latin American critic Marta Traba, at the International Xerox Art Exhibition. In 1975 I was awarded the First Prize in the Jubilee Exhibition of Columbus Day, sponsored by the Embassy of Spain and the Institute of Hispanic Culture in Nicaragua. Today, I continue my art ride with the same intention with which it began, discovering in the unvalued spaces of our culture the opportunities to reflect over it.
The simultaneous perception of several possible positions and drawdowns at 90 and 180 degrees, are constant in my sculptures, constituting forms consistent with the theory that postulates holomovement in contemporary physics and that Prehispanic sculpture established many centuries ago.
The Vesica Piscis is a shape that is the
intersection of two circles with the same radius,
intersecting in such a way that the center of each
circle lies on the perimeter of the other. The name
literally means the "bladder of a fish" in Latin.
The Vesica Pisces is easily one of the most profound geometrical images of ancient and modern times.Its motif (and its derivatives, the Flower of Life, Tree of Life, and fundamentals of geometry) has a history of thousands of years.

Chalchigüegüe the Chrorotegan goddess for Chalchihuticlue, the náhuatl goddess, since Chiritegans were Nahuatl people living in Nicaragua. She is the one with the golden kilt, the deity of terrestrial waters.
Masaya is the Nicaraguan Goddess of volcanoes. She lives in the Underworld with Mictanteot, the God of the Underworld, The Chorotega people used to sacrifice virgins by throwing them into the volcano, hoping that the Goddess would provide divine oracles in return for the sacrifice. Masaya’s name means “burning mountain.”
As I entered through sculpture the world of Sacred Geometry, I begin to see as never before the wonderfully patterned beauty of Creation. Working and shaping these codes allowed me to gaze directly at the lines on the face of deep wisdom, hoping I could offer through my artworks a glimpse into the inner workings of the Universal Mind and the Universe itself.
Sacred Geometry takes on another whole level of significance when grounded in the experience of self-awareness, through sculpture. Sacred Geometry has been a gateway to a new awareness of the world in my life and so I thought I should put together something special for you.
Each of these sculptures represent ancient spiritual symbols merged to help bring earth-based mystical significance to present times. They also convey a broader principle than words can explain.
