I have been painting since 1980 as a muralist ( particularly Trompe l"oeil), an illustrator,children's rooms, floors,furniture and tiles for Designers and Architects.
I have been an editorial illustrator for the Gannet newspaper. I've illustrated5 books and working on another.
Almost all of my work is commissioned from very small projects to very large...80feetof murals for a NYC Nursing Home.
I hold a BFA from Boston University
School of fine and Applied Arts, attended the University ofPuerto Rico for textile design, The New School for children's book Illustration and the Art Student's League for painting.

There is a fabulous Nursery near me in Conneticut called Hollandia. I am truly inspired by walking through it or just sitting and absorbing all the colors. I've been working on a series and am about to deal with New England's fall colors which cannot be surpassed.
