Sono nato ad Hensies (Belgio), attualmente vivo ad Agira dove lavoro come insegnante. Fin da giovane ho usato la pittura e la fotografia come mezzi espressivi per esprimere le mie emozioni. La mia passione, verso la fotografia prima, e la pittura dopo, nasce nel 1970. Ho sempre considerato l'attività di pittore come un completamento, una esigenza della mia esistenza. Tale esigenza scaturisce da un sentimento profondo che nutro verso l'arte in genere. Nel corso della mia attività artistica, il mio stile pittorico ha avuto tendenzialmente vari momenti in cui spazi e forme mi hanno portato ad una estrema visione della complessa realtà umana.
Autodidatta, in parte, ho studiato le forme della natura e soprattutto le luci e le ombre con riflessioni di colori che portano i miei lavori-studi ad essere vere e proprie manifestazioni espressioniste e coloristiche.

I was born in Hensies (Belgium), I live in Agira and I work here as a teacher. Ever since I was young, I used painting and photography as a means of expression to express my emotions. My passion in photography before and after the painting, was born in 1970. I have always regarded the activity as a painter as a completion, a requirement of my existence. This requirement stems from a deep feeling that I have for art in general. During my artistic career, my style of painting was basically various times the spaces and forms they took me to an extreme vision of complex human realities.
Self-taught, in part, I have studied the forms of nature and especially the lights and shadows with reflections of colors that carry my work-study to be real events and expressionist coloring.
The mirror of the soul has become dirty beacouse prevents us from having a clear vision. We must clear the mind of man from prejudices, illusions and false beliefs to build a new sense of human dignity.
Lo Specchio dell'anima è diventato sporco perché ci impedisce di avere una visione pultita. Dobbiamo ripulire la mente dell'uomo da pregiudizi, illusioni e false credenze per costruire un nuovo senso di dignità umana.
The truth is composed of hundreds of relative truths that can be illusory and deceptive. The tripartite nature of reality has a relationship with the Good and not with deceit. The crystal moon, expression of 'human insecurity, is the earthly beauty that is not capable of understanding the beauty of heaven.
La verità è composta da centinaia di verità relative che possono essere illusorie e ingannevoli. La tripartizione della realtà concreta ha un rapporto con il Bene e non con l'inganno. La luna di cristallo, espressione dell' insicurezza umana, rappresenta la bellezza terrena che non è capace di comprendere la bellezza celeste.
