Born in 1992, Aziseh Emmanuel CHEFOR was able to stand out from others who abandoned drawing very young. It was with his cousin Zunwa Eric that he had his first drawing lessons, which greatly influenced his artistic practice. He decided to join an art training school "Academy Music'Art Eutherpe" in 2009 where he was introduced to painting by two Cameroonian artists: Germaine BESSOHONG and Fabrice WAMBA. After this short training, he continued his graduate studies at the Institute of Fine Arts Foumban (IFAF) since 2010 under the supervision of artists such as Pascal KENFACK, Idrissou NJOYA, Ruth Colette AFANE BELINGA, TIMMA Olivier amongst others. In the field since 2013 after his bachelor’s degree, he went to the workshops of Jean-Jacques Kanté and Hervé YOUMBI for more perfection. Curious and interested in everything he sees, he devotes himself to different artistic disciplines, such as painting, drawing, photography, decoration and digital arts in general. His favorite themes are social anomalies, in which he immerses the viewer in some sort of empathy in his multicolored ballpoint pen works. He uses color as a structural element and their capacity, to give life and hope to his subjects allowing a connection between human races.
This series marks my beginning of activity in France and focuses on questions of Human Trafficking in the so-called contemporary society, unveiled in a video of the CNN channel at the end of 2017 in Libya. This phenomenon which is gaining momentum every day and still remains passive in the eyes of the international community. As a citizen artist, I wonder what our role as a human being really is? What do we want to give him? What are our responsibilities in this issues faced by our young people we consider symbols of emergence and construction? What is our place in this world where human rights are been trampled? How do we think of building a better world while others are mutilated and isolated from the human community?
Each work in this series appears as a pictorial language to open a discussion when it is scanned by a QR code reader in our phones.

Frustrated desires was a common subject in the works of the artist Rene Magritte in 1928. In his work the lovers, first in the series of 4 works, the artist intended to evoke a mystery using a fabric to veil the faces of his subjects. This piece of tissue reacts like a barrier preventing an intimate kiss between two partners, transforming this act of passion into isolation.
It is in this that fits my series of ballpoint pen drawings and acrylic on paper. I invoke a real humanism in the human being, by translating the state of mind of these young people whose dreams were stolen, smothered and brutalized by egos, inviting the society to free themselves from dehumanizing actions. In a realistic trend, using surrealistic processes, I immerse the viewer in a kind of empathy and let him project his own story into the work.
